VOL is an effective dry spotter for use on greasy pick-up spots and other postspotting. It feathers easily and dries quickly, usually making re-cleaning unnecessary. VOL is excellent for brushing or sponging items that cannot be drycleaned, such as belts, purses, hats, etc. It is an effective solvent for varnish and glue. When VOL is used in combination with POG or FLIK it can aid in the removal of certain paints, tar and ink. VOL may be used to flush POG or other dry spotters to prevent re-cleaning a garment.

Use VOL full strength, keep the area flooded and work quickly with a tamping brush. Dry and feather with air and vacuum; do not use steam. Use in a well ventilated area and observe the cautions on the side panel of the container. VOL contains no Class I ozone depleting chemicals and no suspected carcinogens. VOL has a high TLV making it safer to use than other chlorinated solvents.
