VIVIBEADS is a new thermoplastic inert resin for use in all drycleaning solvents that can be added very conveniently to provide desirable body and "hand" to synthetic and natural fibers. VIVIBEADS is the first sizing specifically designed for synthetic fibers and blends to overcome the limpness caused by drycleaning or washing.

VIVIBEADS are added at the rate of one 8 oz. cup per 10 gallons of drycleaning solvent. As new or distilled solvent is added to the working system, it should be charged with VIVIBEADS. Fill the wheel to a level with solvent. Add proper amount of VIVIBEADS to wheel and rotate cylinder on batch (filter off) for 5 min. or until beads dissolve. Dump to base tank and circulate through filter for a few minutes. Properly added, VIVIBEADS will not build pressure on conventional or cartridge filters. A charging chart is available for your convenience.

VIVIBEADS may also be used in a dip tank. Add 8 oz. VIVIBEADS to 3 gallons solvent for heavy sizing or 8 gallons solvent for normal sizing. Agitate until all beads are in solution. Dip the fabric and drain or extract lightly and dry in the usual manner.
